Dr. Brown, 76, a retired Spencer physician, died Oct. 31 (1983) at Montgomery County Hospital, Crawfordsville.
He was a 1930 graduate of Indiana University School of Medicine and was an Army-Air Force veteran of World War II.
Dr. Brown, who retired in 1981, practiced in Spencer 40 years. At one time he was the only practicing physician in Owen County. He was a member of the ISMA Fifty Year Club.
